Our prices include unlimited mileage, insurance, Collision Damage waiver , delivery and collection (during business hours) and all local taxes. Private Transfers

• Should you not wish to hire a car for the duration of your holiday, we can arrange transfers in resort for you. We can provide you with a pick up service upon arrival and for your returm trip on departure.

• From the UK there are charter flights with Thomas Cook, First Choice and Thompson from most major airports.

            Kiss Airlines have a scheduled service to Fuerteventura flying from both Manchester & Gatwick.

         Easyjet offer direct flights from Liverpool and from Stanstead.

            Monarch have direct flights from Birmingham, Gatwick, Luton and Manchester

         From Ireland Aer Lingus have scheduled flights along with Ryanair

• Sunseekers Holidays no longer offer flights as part of their holiday package. However we will be happy to search for the best price flights and book on your behalf for an additional cost .

Holiday Insurance

• It is a strict Condition of Booking that you are properly and adequately insured.

• A 10-year passport is required. These are obtained from your regional passport office and application forms are available from Post Offices. At certain times of year there are delays, so you should apply at least 12 weeks prior to departure.
• All holders of non-British passports, or passports issued outside the United Kingdom, should check with the Spanish Consulate (Tel: 09001 600123 - calls charged at 60p per minute) for information on passport and visa requirements. The Consulate is open for visa applications, 09.30 - 12.00 Mondays to Fridays. The address is 20, Draycott Place, London, SW3 2RZ. Visas are not required for U.K. nationals.

• Vaccinations and other health formalities are not required.

Complaints

• No dispute or complaint will be admitted unless our full procedure is followed. No Complaint will be admitted if not reported primerely in writing WHILST IN RESORT. Any dispute which cannot be settled amicably, may be referred to the Travel Industry Arbitration Service.
